Drumming for Health

Stress - we all know it's a killer. Recently, however, there has been new research emerging about the benefits of drumming used as a tool for healing and stress reduction. Some very accomplished researchers have worked tirelessly to further our understanding of the effects on people. The results of their research has been duplicated and proven scientifically by Dr Barry Bittman, of the Mind-Body Wellness Center in CA. He has taken these findings into real-life situations - hospitals, long-term care facilities, groups and organizations dealing with traumatic stress issues.

He has great success in stress reduction in all these venues, and his work is emerging into the mainstream of accepted western medical practice.
