Lessons 17 - Leg Shakers

Using the body as a metronome allows for other possibilities and other styles. Here, on my right leg, I have a seed shaker from africa and bells from india. This is a perfect example of when you become comfortable using your body as a metronome is a great way to extend your style and your ability to create more sounds and other rhythms.
