Lessons 2: Holding the Drum

Sitting in the chair with your legs raised high enough to allow the drum to be held between the legs allowing the bottom to rest off the floor to create proper tone. The next great way to play your drum is to sit on it allowing it to rest on the floor. The only important thing is that the end the hourglass shape is not confined by sand or debris So that it has a nice exposure to the air to create once again proper tone.
